What Your Favorite Dim Sum Says About You

Fun
What your favorite dim sum says about you.

In honor of Chinese New Year, I wanted to write up something fun for you Dim Sum lovers! For those that donʻt know, Dim Sum is a wide array of small Chinese dishes that people enjoy for brunch or lunch. You should definitely try it out! Hereʻs what your favorite dish says about you:

Siu mai (Pork hash)

Youʻre a basic b. You probably like a good meat lovers pizza too. But youʻre dependable and people seem to like you because of that. You live your own life and donʻt worry too much about what others think of you.

Har gow (Shrimp dumpling)

You donʻt like to be too mainstream but youʻre almost there. Maybe youʻre a little bit on the shy side too. You donʻt like to step on peopleʻs toes and avoid conflict like the plague. Youʻre kind though and people respect that.

Xiaolongbao (Soup dumpling)

Youʻre probably from the mainland, Iʻm guessing norcal? You love it when people throw surprise birthday parties for you and you love to throw them. Itʻs a reminder that people care about you and that you care about them just the same.

Taro puff

Are you an eldest child? Yeah, I thought so. Youʻre sophisticated. You take on all the responsibility and youʻre always looking out for others. But once everyone is taken care of, you love to have fun. Itʻs the most important thing to you.

Tofu skin roll

Youʻre weird and you embrace it! Youʻre against the grain. You might be obsessed with something that people arenʻt normally into. You have strong convictions and donʻt listen to the status quo.

Look fun

Itʻs possible that youʻre a little bit of a ditz. But in like a super cute way. You make people laugh and thatʻs why they love to be around you. Youʻll pretty much say yes to almost anything and youʻre probably running late.

Char siu bao (baked)

Youʻre sweet and kind. You enjoy the little things in life like a sunny day or the smell of flowers. You might be a little naive but you donʻt mind. It keeps you young. Kids and dogs love you and feel naturally comfortable around you.

Char siu bao (steamed)

Youʻre an introvert. You could go all day without seeing anyone and that wouldnʻt bother you at all. You spend a lot of time watching movies/tv shows in the comfort of your bedroom. Not a morning person.

Chicken feet

Youʻre a daredevil and like taking risks even when youʻre not sure it will end well. You donʻt mind getting dirty and youʻve probably been skydiving or something of that nature. Life is a wonderful adventure and youʻre living it to the fullest.

Let me know how I did! P.S. This is 100% made up in my imagination and not based on any fact at all.
